Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 September 2026

This describes what OIDA LLC stores about you when you use PTSOP, why, and who else sees it. It describes what the software actually does rather than the widest thing we might be permitted to do.

1.What we collect

Almost all of it is what you typed in or clicked on.

  • Your email address. It is how an account is identified. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft we also receive the name and profile picture on that account, and an identifier for it.
  • Your settings. Your chosen sportsbook and your favourite teams.
  • Bets you track. The prop, side, line, price, stake and result of anything you add to your record. These are notes you keep, not wagers — PTSOP does not place bets and has no connection to any sportsbook account you hold.
  • Questions you ask the assistant. See section 3.
  • Ordinary server logs. Our host records requests, including IP address and browser, for security and debugging.

We do not collect payment card details. When paid plans launch, card data goes directly to Stripe and is never held by us. We do not collect location data, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.

2.Why we hold it

To sign you in, to keep your settings and betting record available on whatever device you use, to answer your questions, to take payment once plans launch, and to keep the service working and secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

3.The assistant, and what leaves the app

When you use Ask Claude, your question and the rows needed to answer it are sent to Anthropic, which runs the model. Your question may mention players, teams, or whatever you typed, so treat it as you would any message sent to a third party. We do not send your email address, your betting record, or your settings with it.

4.Who else processes it

We use these services to run PTSOP. Each sees only what its job requires.

  • Vercel — hosting and request logs.
  • Neon — the database holding your account, settings and tracked bets.
  • Resend — sends sign-in link emails, so it processes your email address.
  • Google and Microsoft — only if you choose to sign in with them.
  • Anthropic — the assistant, as described above.
  • Stripe — payments, once paid plans launch. Stripe holds card data; we hold only a customer reference and your plan.

5.Cookies

Two, both necessary, neither used for tracking: a session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and a small cookie recording whether you chose the light or dark theme. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

6.How long we keep it

Your account, settings and tracked bets are kept while your account exists. Ask us to delete the account and we remove them; deleting the account removes the settings and betting record with it. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host and then rotate out.

7.Your choices

  • Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
  • Correct anything wrong.
  • Delete your account and everything attached to it.
  • Export your tracked bets.

Write to contact@ptsop.ai. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honour the same requests regardless of where you are.

8.Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit, the database is access-controlled, and there are no passwords to steal — sign-in is by emailed link or through Google or Microsoft. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected users promptly if a breach occurs.

9.Children

PTSOP is not for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect data from them, and will delete it if we discover we have.

10.Changes

If we change this policy materially we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.

11.Contact
