Terms of Service

PTSOP is a research tool. It collects betting lines published by sportsbooks, along with historical player and team statistics, and presents them together so you can look at them.

• —It is not a sportsbook. It does not accept wagers, hold funds, or place bets on your behalf. No money you bet passes through it.
• —It is not betting advice. Nothing in the service is a recommendation to place any bet. Hit rates, projections, form figures and anything generated by the built-in assistant are descriptions of past data, not predictions of outcomes.
• —It does not promise you will win. We make no claim that using PTSOP will produce a profit. Our own published testing shows the form measures in this product have no demonstrated edge against closing lines.

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to view sports betting information where you live. You are responsible for knowing whether that is the case. We do not verify it, and nothing here should be read as advice that betting is legal in your jurisdiction.

Accounts are identified by email address, either through a sign-in link or through Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox or account secure, and for everything done through your account.

One account is for one person. Sharing credentials, or giving others access to your subscription, is a breach of these terms.

Paid plans begin with a free trial. We collect card details when you start it but do not charge them until the trial ends, so you can see the whole product before paying for any of it. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.

After the trial, plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices are shown before you subscribe, and subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

• —You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the current period, and you keep access until that period runs out.
• —If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until it succeeds.
• —We may change prices. If we do, we will give you notice before it affects a renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

The free trial is how you decide whether PTSOP is worth paying for. It is the whole product, not a limited version, and cancelling during it costs you nothing.

You can cancel at any time, from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not bill the following month and we do not refund the remainder of the current one, because you keep the access it bought.

Beyond that, refunds are at our discretion, and we will use it sensibly. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or the service was substantially broken for a meaningful part of a billing period, write to contact@ptsop.ai and we will put it right.

Losing a bet is not grounds for a refund. PTSOP does not take your bets, does not tell you which to place, and has no part in how they turn out.

You agree not to:

• —Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the service, or use it through anything other than a normal browser.
• —Resell, redistribute, or republish the data, including republishing odds or derived figures as your own product.
• —Share your account, or use one subscription to serve several people.
• —Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the system.
• —Use the built-in assistant to generate content unrelated to the data in this product.

We may apply rate limits, including limits on how much you can ask the assistant, and those limits differ by plan.

Odds and lines are snapshots collected from third-party feeds at intervals. They are not live, and they can be stale, incomplete, or wrong. A book may have moved a line, pulled a market, or never offered it at the price shown. Statistics come from third-party providers and may contain errors.

Always check the actual sportsbook before acting on anything you see here. We do not guarantee that any price shown is available to you.

PTSOP includes an assistant built on a third-party AI model. Your questions and the data needed to answer them are sent to that provider. The assistant can be wrong, can misread a query, and can describe patterns in data that do not predict anything. Treat its answers as a starting point to check, not as fact.

We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. Data pipelines fail, providers change their feeds, and features change. We may add, alter or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. If we discontinue a paid service, we will refund the unused part of what you have paid.

The software, design, and the derived analysis in PTSOP belong to OIDA LLC. Underlying odds and statistics belong to their respective providers. Your subscription is a licence to use the service, not a transfer of anything.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, OIDA LLC is not liable for any betting losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You can close yours at any time by writing to contact@ptsop.ai. On closure we delete your account data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell subscribers by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, and disputes will be heard there.
